Prenatal Yoga
Honor yourself and your growing baby with Om baby yoga. You should
feel great during this special time. Yoga alleviates many of the discomforts
of pregnancy and prepares you for the ultimate experience of giving birth.
Buddha Baby 6 weeks to walking
Enjoy time with your baby while you reconnect with yourself, get back in
shape with yoga and spend time with other moms.
*Please bring blanket for baby to lie on.
Yoga for Kids
Classic Yoga, movement, games, stories are included in this dynamic yoga class
Ages 4 and Up
Yoga and Movement ages 6 - 12
A fun yoga and movement class. Children delight in discovering the infinite
potential of their bodies. Children can learn self control, how to harness wild
energies, how to relax or restore if feeling tired.
Cardio Strip Tease/Belly Fusion
Learn authentic belly dance, mixed with exotic moves.
Adult Yoga
Vinyasa yoga is an evolving form of traditional hatha yoga that links
postures with the breath in a "dynamic dance." In this style of yoga asanas
are intelligently organized, progressing toward a goal. An evolutionary flow

Nia is a cardiovascular movement practice that teaches you to be more
JOYFUL, EXPRESSIVE and ALIVE in your body.
Done barefoot to diverse and inspiring music, it is a holistic workout that
engages your body, mind, emotions and spirit.
Nia combines dance arts, martial arts and healing arts, creating
improvement in flexibility, agility, strength, mobility and balance.
